Traveler Problem with Nokia E52

Hi,

Have just installed Traveler and am trying to configure a Nokia E52 (not sure if the phone type is relevant though).

I can authenticate properly and download the Traveler software. The device registers in the LotusTraveler.nsf database.

After setting up the device, problems start occurring.

1. We get "the auto sync message for the client was malformed" on the E52

2. Then, "Initial Sync is not complete"

3. On the server console we get "Lotus Traveler: WARNING CN=User Name/O=Org [IMEI:123456789] not enough data, so sending and error message

That's it. No messages on the E52 and error messages on both the E52 and the Domino server which I can't find any information on.

Can anyone help ?
